Saye Labs operates POMS at poms.gg. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account: Email address and password (stored as a secure hash).
Usage: Video URLs submitted, job statuses, credit transactions, and API usage for billing and improvement.
Payments: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers — only payment confirmation and your Stripe customer ID.
Integrations: If you connect YouTube or Telegram, we store OAuth tokens encrypted at rest.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver and improve the Service
- To process payments and manage credits
- To send transactional emails (job completion, receipts)
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
- We do not sell your data. We do not use submitted video content to train AI models without explicit consent.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Hetzner servers in the EU. We use TLS in transit, encrypted credentials at rest, and strict access controls. Processed clips are stored temporarily and deleted after 30 days unless you have an active subscription.

Cloudflare — CDN and R2 storage for processed clips
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, disconnect integrations at any time via Settings, and export your data in a machine-readable format.

6. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies. Disabling cookies will prevent login.
7. Data Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Clips are deleted after 30 days on free plans. Log data is retained up to 90 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.
9. Changes
We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
